Phil Colgan
Senior Minister
Phil oversees the parish as a whole as our senior minister. He is one of the pastors and is the main preacher at the Carlton congregations. Phil is married to Victoria and they have three children. After working in corporate taxation, Phil studied at Moore College and has been at SNAC since 2004.
Troy Munns
Assistant Minister
Troy is one of the pastors of the Carlton congregations. Troy is married to Sarah and they have two children. Troy worked in the music and retail industries. He studied at Youthworks College and Sydney Missionary & Bible College before joining the SNAC staff team in 2013.
Joshua Hesford
Assistant Minister
Josh is the primary ministry at the 10:00am and 4:30pm Bexley North congregations. Josh is married to Nikki and they have three young children. Josh worked for ten years as an architect and urban designer. He studied at Moore College and joined the SNAC staff team in 2021.
Avril Lonsdale
Assistant Minister
Avril works with Phil and Troy at our 10:30am and 6:30pm congregations at Carlton. She also has a special focus on women’s ministry across the parish, evangelism with our Life course, as well as welcoming new members into our church. Avril became a Christian at SNAC and went on to work in marketing before training as a ministry apprentice (MTS) at SNAC. She then completed her studies at Moore College and joined the SNAC staff team in 2021.
Children and Youth Ministry
Kevin Stepniewski
Children’s Minister
Kevin oversees our children’s ministry across the parish which includes training our team of volunteer leaders. Kevin also has a focus on helping people serve together across our church. Kevin is married to Amy and they have three children. Kevin became a Christian at SNAC. He worked as an electrical engineer before training as a ministry apprentice (MTS) at SNAC. He studied at Moore College and joined the SNAC staff team in 2014.
Brendan Moar
Youth Minister
Brendan is responsible for youth ministry across the parish and is passionate about helping parents disciple their teens. Brendan is married to Kate and they have three children. Brendan studied at Youthworks College and then Moore College. He worked as an Early Educator and joined the SNAC staff team in 2009.
Part-time, MTS and Support staff
Jana Koulouris
Part-time Minister
Jana works part time with us in discipling and training women, as well as encouraging people to use their gifts in service. Jana also works with Phil and Troy at the 9am congregation. Jana is married to Petros and they have three boys. Jana became a Christian at SNAC and previously served as our children’s minister. Jana completed an ministry apprenticeship (MTS) at SNAC then studied at Youthworks College.
Andrea Wan
MTS Apprentice
Andrea is completing a ministry apprenticeship (MTS) at SNAC. She serves in a variety of ministries involving young people. Andrea is a member of our 6:30pm congregation where she is involved in discipling women. She worked as occupational therapist in a public hospital before starting her apprenticeship.
Janet Lam
Administrator
Janet works part time as our financial administrator as well as providing administrative support to the senior minister. Janet attends our 9am congregation with her husband and three children.
